REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN
If you wish to exchange or return a product, please make your request via email contatocamilagiulia@gmail.com indicating in the subject "EXCHANGE" or "RETURN" as applicable.
Please provide your details (full name, order number and reason for exchange or return) in the body of the email. It is important to carry out the indicated procedure BEFORE sending any product.
DEADLINES
The exchange must be requested within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt.
Return due to regret or withdrawal within 07 (seven) calendar days, from receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
FREIGHT
Shipping in case of exchange or return will be paid by Camila Giulia. After making the request via email, you will receive a postage authorization code and you will be able to make the delivery to the indicated provider.
PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS
The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, as received.
PRODUCT ANALYSIS
After receipt, the product will be analyzed within 5 (five) business days. If not authorized, the product will be returned to you with a technical report explaining the reasons for the exchange not being made.
REIMBURSEMENT
The refund of the amount paid varies according to the payment method used in the order:
Credit Card: After the return has been made, within 7 business days, the refund will be communicated to the credit card administrator and may be credited in up to two invoices following the request.
Boleto : The amount will be refunded by bank deposit into the account indicated by the consumer. The refund period is up to 5 business days after receipt of the return.
Store Credit (exchanges): The period for releasing store credit is up to two (03) business days, after receiving the return in our stock.
